Orienteering and permanent courses

A physical and mental challenge for all orienteers, orienteering is the ultimate outdoor sporting activity!

Thanks to orienteering (or "OC" to those who know it best...), arm yourself with your orienteering map, compass in hand and turn nature into your gym! Whether on your own or with the family, this activity, which can be enjoyed by everyone, has found a home in the Brive region.

Orienteering can be done running, of course, but it can also be enjoyed by the whole family on hikes or mountain bikes.

In all, there are 25 permanent orienteering courses in the area, approved by the French Orienteering Federation.

The maps offered during this activity are progressive and adapted to the group according to age and level of practice. This activity is supervised by a sports instructor, or you can hire a map. The courses are permanent or temporary, with the possibility of moving the activity. Ask for the courses directly at the Base.

Orienteering at Le Saillant

Prices for orienteering activities

Map hire without compass costs €3 (€2 supplement per compass). Prices for the activity: from €12 per child and €15 per adult. Group rates for groups of 10 or more (16 people maximum): €122.
