The fairs in Brive
You are due to arrive in Brive on a Saturday morning. A guide will accompany you to the Brassens market hall, where the famous "Foires Grasses" take place: ducks, geese and capons arrive in abundance on the stalls of the Brassens market in preparation for the end-of-year festivities. Once your mouth is watering, we suggest a local lunch in the town centre before a digestive stroll that will take you straight to a gourmet tour of the heart of the Gaillarde town. On the menu: foie gras, white wine, cheese, liqueur and chocolates!
Turenne and Collonges-la-Rouge, Most Beautiful Gourmet Villages
