In the Brive region, we don't beat about the bush. It's easy to admit that you've got a thing for foie gras, duck breast, confit, suckling veal, ceps, truffles, strawberries and other local wonders. And how tempting it is to indulge again and again!
We produce many of the most famous ingredients in South-Western cuisine and French gastronomy... The know-how of our farmers is alive and well: it draws on the history and traditions of our ancestors, but it is also nourished by current developments and demands: good taste and a good product, preservation of nutritional values... and good value for money!
Because in the land of the Gaillards, we know how to raise and eat well, but we also like to share and welcome... So we respect visitors and we get good products at good prices.
