Your tour starts in Donzenac, a pretty town of character. Once an important fortified town, Donzenac has lost none of its charm thanks to its medieval architecture. At the highest point of the oldest part of the town is the astonishing castle of the barons of Donzenac, which is surely the oldest remaining residence in the town.
After a few kilometres in the legs, you arrive at the gates of Allassac! Amongst its rich heritage, the 14th century fortified church and the Tour César are worth discovering.
To complete the loop, allow yourself a well-deserved break to discover the Pans de Travassac. The interest of the site is explained by its impressive coloured cliffs, which do not fail to surprise, just like its decor which harmonises mineral and plant environments.
