Easter weekend egg hunt and other events

This Easter weekend promises to be rich in festivities and delicacies around Brive, in Corrèze. As spring unfolds its charms, visitors of all ages are invited to celebrate this joyous time of year with a series of events planned for everyone's enjoyment. The programme includes Easter egg hunts, Easter decorations, face-painting workshops and, of course, chocolate giveaways! Easter at Colette Gardens
Sunday 05 April and Easter Monday
Enjoy a wide range of activities for young and old alike, including a "Special Easter" treasure hunt, face painting (2pm to 6pm), a clown show by "La Jardit Show" (3.30pm)and a raffle in partnership with Chocolaterie Bovetti. And don't forget the Easter-themed spring decorations.
The gardens will be open non-stop from 10am to 6pm. Don't forget your picnic to make the most of all the activities.
Easter at the Château de Turenne
Easter Monday (06 April)
The Château de Turenne invites little gourmets to take part in a joyous egg hunt in its magnificent hanging gardens.
Starting at 3pm, children under 12 will set off in search of the precious eggs hidden in the castle's enchanting setting. Between heritage and nature, young explorers will have to keep their eyes peeled for chocolate treasures hidden in the gardens.
As a reward for their efforts, each child will leave with a chocolate souvenir donated by the Viscount of Turenne.

Easter at Planchetorte Golf Club
Sunday 05 April
To celebrate Easter, there will be events for all ages, including an egg hunt for children and a putting competition open to all from 10am to 12pm organised by the CAB Golf association.

Egg hunt in the grounds of the Château de Pompadour.
Billy Pompa has spilt chocolate on the recipe for the Marquise's favourite cake... Help him find the ingredients and solve this gourmet mystery!

Easter at the Grottes de Presque

For the 3 days of Easter, come and take part in an exceptional experience: the biggest egg hunt 100 metres underground. Eggs will be hidden among the concretions on every visit throughout the day, to the delight of young and old alike.
A tombola will be held over the 3 days for the chance to win a basket full of chocolates. Prize draw on Monday 6 April 2026 at 5pm.

Easter at Gouffre de Padirac
Sunday 05 April
The Gouffre de Padirac will be kicking off the season with a family event on Sunday 5 April.
Young and old explorers alike will be invited to take part in a treasure hunt along the entire visitor route. The riddles in their game booklet will guide the apprentice adventurers to a chest full of chocolates...
It's a fun way for the whole family to enjoy themselves and whet their curiosity!

Easter at the Parc animalier de Gramat

To celebrate Easter, there are a number of activities on offer from 10am to 6.30pm.
On the programme: public feeding of wolves and bears, a treasure hunt for children with prizes, and a "chicken and egg" event. On Sunday 5 April, an exceptional golden egg hunt awaits you in the park!
The prize: 1 night with the wolves, worth €450.
An egg-making workshop will also be available for children.
