Truffle omelette
After a long day at work or for a meal with friends, the omelette is the dish that adapts to every situation! But with the finest ingredients, especially truffles, it's even better...

The ingredients
- 12 œufs
- Quelques truffes noires (fraîches ou en boîte)
- Sel et poivre
- Temps de préparation : 35 min
- Temps de cuisson : 10 min
- Pour 5 personnes
Préparation de l'omelette aux truffes
- Break the eggs into a bowl and season with salt and pepper.
- Add the chopped truffles.
- Beat and leave to stand for 30 minutes.
- Heat the frying pan with a teaspoon of peanut oil. Once the pan is hot, pour in the mixture.
- Cook over a high heat, then serve the omelette, which should be quite runny.
