Walnut fondant
Come on, there's no harm in doing yourself good! Here's an easy recipe that's sure to delight your taste buds whatever the season. Walnuts are a staple of the Gaillard region, so we've decided to try them as a dessert.
The ingredients
- 3 œufs
- 170gr de cerneaux de noix
- 110 gr de beurre mou
- 130gr de sucre
- 30 gr de farine
- Sucre glace
- Temps de préparation : 10 min
- Temps de cuisson : 30 min
- Pour 6 personnes
Préparation du fondant
- Chop the kernels
- Preheat the oven to 180°.
- Mix the butter and sugar in a bowl.
- Add the walnut powder, flour and eggs one by one
- Butter an ovenproof dish (not too large, as the cake is better if it is a little thick)
- Pour in the pastry and bake for 30 minutes.
