Come on, there's no harm in doing yourself good! Here's an easy recipe that's sure to delight your taste buds whatever the season. Walnuts are a staple of the Gaillard region, so we've decided to try them as a dessert.

The ingredients

  • 3 œufs
  • 170gr de cerneaux de noix
  • 110 gr de beurre mou
  • 130gr de sucre
  • 30 gr de farine
  • Sucre glace
  • Temps de préparation : 10 min
  • Temps de cuisson : 30 min
  • Pour 6 personnes

Préparation du fondant

  • Chop the kernels
  • Preheat the oven to 180°.
  • Mix the butter and sugar in a bowl.
  • Add the walnut powder, flour and eggs one by one
  • Butter an ovenproof dish (not too large, as the cake is better if it is a little thick)
  • Pour in the pastry and bake for 30 minutes.
