Winter is the season when we look for excuses to wrap ourselves in a blanket and refuse to leave the sofa. And what do we dream of at such times? No, not exotic trips, new adventures or resolutions (we've already said goodbye to our gym membership). No, we don't. What we want is comfort, and because there's nothing more comforting thana cheese-based dish, we're sharing with you our good addresses in Brive-la-Gaillarde and the surrounding area... Raclettes, Savoyard fondues, aligot, truffade..... Miam miam

The menu at L'Essentiel includes Savoyard fondue, Burgundy fondue, etc. And let's not forget the golden rule: if your morsel falls into the cheese, you're obliged to sing a song or buy someone a drink.
