Discover our ideas for activities to keep your children occupied during the Christmas holidays and keep them waiting until Santa arrives.
From 29 November to 4 January, the magic of the city centre will be on display, with a host of not-to-be-missed events: the arrival of Father Christmas on 6 December, the giant rides (Le grand 8 des Lutins and the Piste de rollers), the gourmet market and its entertainment, the grand parade on 21 December, the funfair......

Monday 22 December: VIDEO GAMES WORKSHOP
Create an interactive video game using Scratch, a free online software programme designed especially for young people. Participants will go home with their own game, which they can continue to create at home. Duration: 3 hours - 2pm to 5pm

Braid a bracelet of threads in Christmas colours. Duration: 2 hours - From 10am to 12pm

Monday 29 December: DECORATE A WORK OF ART

This winter, the most spectacular and grandiose festival in Northern Europe will be taking place at Castel Novel, opening the doors to a parallel world where the strange becomes marvellous and the imaginary comes to life before your very eyes. Visitors are invited to experience a never-before-seen nocturnal journey with La Féérie des Lanternes, a Kingdom of Lights, the castle's first major lighting event.

Brive-La-Gaillarde (and its controlled truffle market), Objat, Malemort, Allassac... Not forgetting the Halle Gaillarde, a wonderful showcase for our local produce.
