Local tourism professionals at the heart of Brive Tourisme’s priorities

Faced with a changing, highly digitised economic environment, with issues of recruitment, regulation, changing customer bases, commercial management, etc., service providers often find it difficult to adapt. And they don't always see the Tourist Office as the partner they need to help them solve their problems.

The 100% Gaillard Club

At Brive Tourisme, we've made supporting tourism professionals one of our top priorities! In fact, we've made it one of the two major challenges of our organisation, which we work on every day with the 100% Gaillard Club!

100% gaillard club logo

Being a member of the 100% Gaillard Club means being part of a strong network of local players who are united and share the same values, the same desire to exchange experiences and develop the attractiveness of the region through the Brive 100% Gaillarde destination brand.

Our aim is to involve as many Club members as possible in Brive Tourisme's projects, to develop our collaboration and to generate interaction between members.

Exchanging, sharing, enjoying

All our discussions, meetings and get-togethers reinforce the special bond we have with our Club members. Together, we cultivate the values of the 100% Gaillard brand, such as team spirit, simplicity, pugnacity, pride and epicureanism! Together, we form a powerful group that enables us to promote the Gaillardise brand to our target customers and visitors to the region. The Club is a place where people can share tips, advice or simply discuss a subject and express their opinions.

Of course, we also offer members personalised services: visibility, support, training... and many other benefits!

100% Gaillard events

But being part of the 100% Gaillard Club also (and above all!) means having gaillard experiences! Because at Brive Tourisme we love to surprise, we love to awaken our partners' gaunt spirit with exclusive events.

General meetings and season launches

Take, for example, the general meeting followed by the launch of the 2021 season.

This annual event brings together tourism professionals, institutional partners and elected representatives to present Brive Tourisme's activities and the highlights of the coming season.

It's a serious event 😉 but one that takes on an unconventional form. Gone are the monotone speeches:

  • the activity report is presented on video,
  • Brive Tourisme's service providers and partners give their views on the issues addressed. The Mayor of Saint-Robert, Mr Hampikian, and Mr Grimault, manager of a tobacconist's in Objat, came to talk to us about the PoHTes. For their part, Marie Saule, Director of Corrèze Tourisme, Camille Lachèze, Director of the Dordogne Valley Tourist Office and Younes Rouissi, Director of the Vézère Périgord Noir Tourist Office, explained how the partnership between tourist offices and/or the ADRT works.

And of course, it was all done in a jolly old-fashioned way, brandished in the colours of the 2021 communications campaign:"Ragaillardissement général".

Showcasing the region's strength

The idea of this event, like others organised throughout the year, is to show our partners that the real strength of the region comes from them, and that together we can go further.

We also use these privileged moments to give a voice to socio-professionals, to gather their ideas and proposals, and to benefit from their experience in the field: brainstorming, creativity sessions, video testimonials, all good ways for them to express themselves and help us build tomorrow's tourism strategy!

Our meetings are rich in personal accounts and discussions, and of course they conclude with a moment of conviviality: the traditional Gaillard aperitif!
