In Brive, the chef of Bistrot C. Forget is the embodiment of local, creative and committed cuisine. A passionate advocate of local produce, he shares his love of gastronomy through his bistro, his presence at the market, his YouTube channel La Cuisine Décomplexée... and even in workshops, to pass on his know-how in a practical and friendly way.
As a reminder, Bistrot C. Forget is a family business that took over the gastronomic restaurant La Crémaillère some twenty years ago and has since transformed it into a top-of-the-range Bistrot. The restaurant is also one of the Tables Gaillardes.
Christophe Forget brings this philosophy to life on a daily basis in his Brivoise bistro, where the menu showcases the flavours of Correze in a warm, contemporary style. The cuisine is seasonal, generous and sincere, and highlights the work of local artisans.
