These days, you can do your shopping via a short distribution chain: from producer to consumer.

Since the COVID crisis, many initiatives have been launched, with producers getting organised to offer direct sales. So now's the time to (re)discover our local producers and artisans and the richness and quality of their products.

Buy direct from producers

You can buy direct from producers: to do so, the Chamber of Agriculture has put an interactive map of producers online, where you can buy your produce. Now's the time to enjoy good local produce and show solidarity. Discover the map HERE. You'll find the producers' contact details for booking and their specialities. This map is constantly evolving, so please consult it regularly.

New Aquitaine platform

A platform to put local producers (fruit, vegetables, fresh produce, meat, etc.), food industry professionals and consumers in touch with each other so that you can place your first orders. How does it work? It couldn't be simpler: just register for free on https://plateforme.produits-locaux-nouvelle-aquitaine.fr/et. Once you've been geolocated, you'll see the offer that's available to you.

Regular food markets

Markets are held throughout the week in Brive, Objat, Malemort, Larche, Allassac and Saint-Pantaléon-de-Larche.... Find out more in our dedicated section.

In summer, you can also buy directly from producers at local markets.

The Drive Fermier

The Drive Fermier is enjoying unprecedented popularity. Consumers know that they are buying quality produce from farmers and producers in the Corrèze, and to a lesser extent the Dordogne and Haute-Vienne, who are monitored by the Chamber of Agriculture. Orders are placed online, choosing from a catalogue of around 1,200 products. Meat, poultry, vegetables, fruit, dairy products, honeys, breads, drinks, ready meals, etc. All you have to do is create a customer account, fill your basket, pay securely and choose your collection time. For the Brive Drive fermier, pick-ups take place on Friday afternoons in the Cana area, at the Corrèze Chamber of Agriculture office on rue Jules-Bouchet, in compliance with protective distance measures.
