Distillerie Bellet, founded in 1922, won the gold medal for its organic verbena liqueur at the Salon de l'Agriculture 2025. This traditional distillery, run by the Bellet family, specialises in making liqueurs and syrups that are emblematic of French terroirs, using mountain plants and fruit from south-west France.
In 2023, just as the distillery is celebrating its 100th anniversary, Ronan Chastanet, the founder's great-grandson, is committed to keeping the Bellet distillery's expertise alive and contributing to the history of a committed, human-scale business.

La Ferme de Pleinefage won the gold medal at the Salon de l'Agriculture 2025 for its smoked duck breast. This exceptional product is the result of the passionate work of the Tibier family, who rear their ducks in the open air, respecting local tradition.
Ferme de Pleinefage smoked duck breast is made using traditional methods handed down from generation to generation. The ducks are reared in ideal conditions, in the wild, and fed on natural cereals. Once the duck has been slaughtered, the breast is delicately smoked over beech wood, giving it a unique flavour and a melt-in-the-mouth texture.
