How lucky we are to live in this corner of Corrèze, where all the flavours of the South-West come together to delight our senses and tantalise our taste buds... If we have good Christmas and New Year produce to feast on, it's because we have good producers and a generous natural environment. What's more, when you go for a walk, you realise that our landscapes are beautiful and that the Corréziens are gourmets with a passion for good food.

Mind you, we're talking about good taste, good recipes and good local produce from the Corrèze. Just imagine, a New Year's Eve table featuring the delights of Limousin, Quercy and Périgord! It's what you've been dreaming of, and the Gaillarde destination makes it possible.

Champagne?

No champagne here! However, we are lucky enough to have a number of beverages and magic potions to sample: wines, liqueurs, beers...

Milk-fed veal reared under the mother...

...and not just that! Our land is proud to be a breeding ground recognised by numerous labels: Limousin beef, black-bottomed pig, Limousin lamb, fat poultry...

Foie gras, Grasse poultry and truffles

To stock up on delicacies, take advantage of the Foires Grasses organised in Brive. You'll be able to find poultry for cooking, foies gras cooked or not, and of course our local black diamond: the truffle. And don't forget to visit the market stalls in Objat and Malemort (Sundays) and Allassac (Fridays)...
