As restaurateurs and market gardeners, we cook our own vegetables. The restaurant’s terraces open onto our 1.5-hectare, organically farmed estate. We invite our guests to rediscover the flavor of local produce that has never traveled, and is expertly cooked before your very eyes. Here, everything is homemade and respectful of the terroir: meat, fish, cheese and wine are carefully selected less than 100 km away

Situated in a green setting below the church of Collonges-la-Rouge, one of France?s most beautiful villages, we welcome you in a unique setting, for a wide range of events, or simply to have a drink and enjoy the pool.
