Rhumerie Gaillarde

Rhumerie Gaillarde is an artisanal producer of Arrangés, Finish and Vieux Rhums.
The production of Arrangés requires a maceration period of several months to allow all the aromas to express themselves, while Finish and Vieux Rhums require longer aging periods, from a minimum of 12 months to 10 years for the oldest rums.
The quality of Rhumerie Gaillarde’s products is a priority: the fresh fruit used in our recipes is chosen with care and experience, from as many local producers as possible, and the materials are also sourced from short, high-quality supply chains. Emphasis is placed on the quality of the blends and the selection of barrels for the production of exclusive, never-before-seen varieties. They are made from classified rums from the Caribbean and Guadeloupe.
Open Thursday to Saturday, 10am to 12:30pm and 3pm to 7pm.
