A guarantee of quality and certification of compliance with demanding specifications, the labels shed light on our local products...
Many of our local products are recognised for the work carried out by our farmers, winemakers and processors: a certain taste for authenticity, sharing know-how and/or respect for the environment.
You'll often hear someone say that we're full of good, even excellent products: meat, fish, fruit and vegetables, mushrooms, condiments, cheeses, bread and cakes, wines and spirits, labels and nutty expressions.
Is he too chauvinistic? Is he acting in bad faith? Our answer is NO! Why not?
The reputation of our products is well established. You only have to taste them to understand why. But what's more, we've got a great argument in our pocket to justify the quality of our dishes: the labels.
Many of our products have PDO, AOC, Label Rouge, Organic Farming or PGI labels. We even have Confréries, a Remarkable Taste Site and a Living Heritage Company.
