Concert Malval – Orchestre folk et poétique (Auditorium Francis Poulenc)

Malval is first and foremost the meeting of Erika Maschke, classical oboist and teacher at the Brive conservatory, with Jonathan Sarrabia, Baptiste Lherbeil and Robin Mairot, traditional musicians. Together, they happily borrow from all kinds of music, in the service of chanson à texte, a genre that unfolds the social poems and criminal laments of the early 20th century.
In her antechamber, neither out in the rain at teknivals nor in the heart of the gala, Malval builds contemplative landscapes, intense and interior, sometimes dancing.
