Accordionist Volodymyr Kashuta presents a preview of his debut album “À ceux que j’aime” at the Cité de l’accordéon et des patrimoines auditorium. In every life, there are friendships that shape us, lift us up and stay with us, even when their voices have fallen silent. This album is born of this intimate memory. It brings together my own compositions and arrangements, like an open book where each page sings of a face, a smile, an encounter. I’m Volodymyr Kashuta, accordionist and composer. With this first solo album, I wanted to offer a token of love and gratitude to all my friends – present or absent – so that everyone can recognize a glimmer of themselves in it
