-Stand Up Paddle:
On the calm water basin of the Garavet site on the banks of the Vézère river in Allassac, you’ll learn the fundamentals of stand-up paddling: balance and steering. At the end of the session, you’ll have the chance to play games led and orchestrated by the sports instructor. A fun and recreational activity, Stand Up also provides calm and serenity.

-Stand Up Paddle tour :
You’ll descend the Vézère from Garavet in Allassac to St Viance standing up on your Stand Up Paddle. This supervised 4 km descent along the river will enable you to discover the Stand Up paddle activity in a different way, taking advantage of the river’s calm and wild side. You’ll start with an introduction to the sport on site at Garavet.
