The performers of Trois Cafés Gourmands never actually met Jean-Jacques Goldman. Goldman liked the group's sound and the fact that they came from live performance and were supported by the public. Jean-Jacques Goldman continues to give them advice and the idea of a new collaboration has not been ruled out.
