The 2023 women's Tour de France will pass through Corrèze and will feature two of France's most beautiful villages on 25 July: Collonges-La-Rouge (start of stage 3) and Saint-Robert.
Inaugurated in 2022, this new edition of the Tour de France for Women will start in Clermont-Ferrand and reach Pau after a week and a passage through the Pyrenees (23 - 30 July 2023).
After a brief foray into Corrèze on 24 July, and more precisely to Bort-Les-Orgues on the second stage, the riders will arrive in Nouvelle-Aquitaine on Tuesday 25 July. Stage 3 will take the peloton from Collonges-la-Rouge to Montignac-Lascaux.
The 147km event will feature two of France's most beautiful villages: Collonges-La-Rouge and Saint-Robert. The stage will also pass through Perpezac-le-Noir and Arnac-Pompadour.
From 10 a.m. on 25/07 and all day long, there will be entertainment for all the family: a market of local producers, music groups, cycling activities, food and drink outlets and live broadcasts of the day's stage on a giant screen.
The medieval village of St-Robert, situated in the heights of the Yssandonnais, will also be crossed by cyclists. Don't miss the magnificent panoramic views from the gardens behind the church and the historic route that takes in many of the noble houses.
While you're waiting for the Tour de France to come through Corrèze, you can take part in a cycle ride organised on 28 May:the Collonges-La-Rouge - St-Robert , which will take you along the Corrèze route of this summer's Tour de France Femmes.
This is not a competition, but a chance to discover the circuit. There will be no rankings.
