Chefs come out of their kitchens: Périgord and Les Embruns at Rosi Trattoria

Our chefs are real go-getters and they show solidarity! The proof was in the pudding when we followed the Rosi Trattoria restaurant's Facebook page.

Rosi Trattoria has decided to take part in the France Pizza Tour, the French competition that discovers the best regional talent. This unique competition will enable those who qualify to compete in the French Pizza Championship at the next Parizza show.

Chefs give their opinion

In order to be fully prepared for this event, the Brivoise pizzeria invited chefs from the Périgord and Embruns regions to come and taste and share their suggestions on the pizzas presented on Monday 20 November in Clermont-Ferrand.

He also took the opportunity to try his hand at making a dessert pizza... And if the pictures are anything to go by, the attempt was a success!

Romain and Fabio passed the Clermont-Ferrand test, despite fierce competition and a high level of competition. As a result, they will be able to represent Brive at the French Championships in Paris in March.
