La Ressourcerie Gaillarde: A place to live and share around projects that add value

Publié le 18 April 2025 par su_laetis

The Ressourcerie Gaillarde has been based in Brive since spring 2018. It is a global project that addresses both environmental and social issues, aiming to reduce waste through reuse and re-employment.

Role of the Ressourcerie

The association collects and sells objects and equipment brought in by individuals and businesses.

Priority is given to reducing waste by reusing and re-using: all in the interests of encouraging the public to adopt environmentally-friendly behaviour. To achieve this, the ressourcerie employs people in precarious or socially excluded situations. The aim of this support is to help them return to sustainable employment.

The association publishes a programme of events and activities, offering a wide range of workshops: repair cafés, furniture makeovers, cosmetics workshops, sewing workshops, etc. all great opportunities for sharing.
