Do you like climbing? Then you're going to love what's new at La Base!
The via ferrata at La Roche (Allassac) officially reopened in spring. This activity lasts around 2? hours and requires a basic knowledge of climbing, the aim being to get the most out of the sensations on offer. One of just 5 in the Nouvelle Aquitaine region, the via ferrata at La Roche has plenty to offer: a monkey bridge, a large net to cross, a zip line... there are plenty of surprises lurking along the way before you reach one of the most beautiful rooftops in Corrèze. At the end of the course, you'll be left speechless by the breathtaking view of the Saillant dam.
Still outside, the brand new climbing wall is not to be outdone!
18 different routes and 13 anchor routes, who could do better? The outdoor climbing wall (right next to the Base reception) is impressive, and not just because of its 10 majestic metres! A real tool for performance and thrills, the climbing wall is accessible thanks to the supervised activities offered by the Base.
In total, there are no fewer than 8 sessions on offer throughout the summer (4 in August). Patience, self-control and concentration are just some of the qualities you'll need to climb the wall!
