Guinguette in Brive

The CVE association (Collectif Vacance Entropie) is setting up an ephemeral Guinguette from 1 to 5 July 2024 in the Parc de la Guierle, with free access every day from 4.30pm to midnight, and from 2.30pm on Wednesdays to dedicate the afternoon to children.
The concept
- The project is based on four principles:conviviality, access for all, cooperative working and sustainable local development.
- The project is aimed at everyone. It's a festive, family-friendly event.
- The space dedicated to and open to the public will be warm and inviting, with furniture, a stage area, games and other entertainment... Each day, you'll find :
- at 6.30pm, a game or tournament,
- at 9pm, a concert followed by a dj set,
- a bar/restaurant area for sale and the chance to eat in.
Guinguette programme
Monday 1st July
- 4.30pm to 6.30pm: Wooden games, outdoor games, "Leave yourself a message" workshop
- 6.30pm to 9pm: Treasure hunt
- 9pm to 10.30pm: Concert with ZOCCO BAIA (a dance journey through Latin, Caribbean and Mediterranean music).
- From 10.30pm: DJ Set
Tuesday 2nd July
- 4.30pm to 6.30pm: Basque pelota and "Leave yourself a message" workshop
- 6.30pm to 9pm: Blind Test
- 9pm to 10.30pm: Concert with ROSE SUPER TRANQUILLE (pop-electro songs with house accents and eighties touches)
- From 10.30pm: DJ Set
Wednesday 3rd July
- 2.30pm to 6.30pm: Wooden games, outdoor games, Basque pelota, Repair Café Vélo, Video Clip fond vert, Cyanotype photo workshop, Reading activities, "Leave yourself a message" workshop
- 6.30pm to 9pm: Olympiads organised by Ufolep
- 9pm to 10.30pm: Concert with TURBO NIGLO (electro swing duo)
- From 10.30pm: DJ Set by KROLL (eclectic selection of unstoppable, colourful hits)
Thursday 4th July
- From 4.30pm to 6.30pm: Repair Café Vélo, Label Bâbord, "Leave yourself a message".
- 6.30pm to 9pm: Children's bingo with the Davignac bourrée school
- 9pm to 10.30pm: ELIASSE TRIO (rock, blues, folk with typical Comoran and African rhythms)
- From 10.30pm: DJ Set S LOW-KISS
Friday 5th July
- From 4.30pm to 6.30pm: Wooden games, outdoor games, "Leave yourself a message" workshop, Repair Café Vélo
- 6.30pm to 9pm: Petanque competition for parents and children
- 9pm to 10.30pm: Concert with SHEZLÖNG (traditional Anatolian music and electric sounds in a relentless groove).
- From 10.30pm: DJ Set LA MALDONNE (popular Brazilian music, girly badass, disco, minimal techno, EDM, dark wave)
