A very special exhibition!
Come and discover the exhibition of paintings by Brivois artist Cacou at the Boutique 100% Gaillard until the end of February.
"I like my paintings to be read...".
These are the words of Cacou, a painter born in Brive la Gaillarde in the 70s, and it's true that her creativity knows no bounds!
She takes us into her colourful world, full of humour, overflowing with fantasy and love!
It seemed obvious to us to offer her our shop to exhibit her paintings in this month of February, the month of lovers...
Collages, words, pin-ups and catchy phrases - that's Cacou!
Delphine Raynal came to meet her public and those who didn't know her for a year in an ephemeral gallery in Rue de la République in Brive, and it's fair to say that she left her mark with her smile, her joie de vivre and her kindness, if we are to believe what her shopkeeper neighbours have to say.
The 100% Gaillarde boutique couldn't resist her endearing personality and we quickly decided to collaborate on a totebag with a 100% Gaillarde pin-up. These totebags are available in three colours ...
Since then, she has returned to her studio in Brive to resume her painting full-time, creating a number of nuggets that are exhibited all over the world.
If you don't already know her, don't hesitate to come and see her creations at 24 rue de la République. We'd be delighted to show you around the shop with you!
The shop is open Tuesday to Saturday, 10am to 1pm and 2pm to 7pm.
