For the third year running, Brive is organising its big Christmas parade! Once again this year, we've got a few surprises in store and plenty of entertainment!

Don't forget the date: Sunday 22 December!

The Great Christmas Parade is changing format and venue!

Due to the weather forecast, Brive's big Christmas parade is being reinvented! The festivities will take place in the Halle Georges Brasens, sheltered from the showers for an equally magical experience.

The artists, dancers and enchanted creatures you love so much will be putting on a unique and warm show. The parade turns into a lively procession where all the magic of Christmas will come to life from 7pm.

Practical info :

  • Venue: Halle Brassens
  • Time: Arrive before 7pm to make sure you're properly seated!
  • Please note: the first to arrive will enjoy the show

Programme for the Christmas Parade

The parade will start at 7pm, from boulevard Koenig to Place du 14 juillet (Guierle). Fifty performers will be strolling along with Santa Claus, all high and bright, to light up the eyes of young and old alike and get the festive spirit shining.

  • A float decorated with sound and light, followed by light structures and artists of all kinds, will wander from the Place du 15 août to the Place du 14 juillet from 7pm onwards.
  • Father Christmas will also be there in a second float decorated as Santa's house. We've heard that the Disney mascots will also be there that evening.
  • After the parade, at around 8.30pm, Father Christmas will be in his chalet on Place Charles de Gaulle.

Dress in red to match the theme!
