Tulle puts the sound back on
Les Nuits de Nacre no longer exists, but a new accordion festival is coming to Tulle from 27 to 29 June 2025.
On 21 March, the City of Tulle and Tulle's cultural associations and structures announced the creation of this new festival.
Concept
As with the Nuits de Nacre, there'll be plenty of conviviality, festivities, music and accordion music.
However, this new festival will give pride of place to trad and neo trad dances, which have been somewhat absent in the past. The aim is to get festival-goers dancing! There will be a guinguette and two dance floors.
The 2025 programme
The concerts will include Félicien Brut. The accordionist, who has already been to Tulle and was discovered by the whole of France at the opening ceremony of the Paris Olympics, will be the main artist at this first edition of "Tulle remet le son".
Vincent Lhermet, who already performed last year, will be making his return as part of the accordion competition organised in conjunction with the festival by the Tutela Lions Club, a competition that will once again be present during this new festival.
These two concerts will be the only two paying concerts at "Tulle remet le son". As with the Nuits de Nacre, the majority of the festival will be free.
