Blue in Winter

Among the many music festivals, the Festival du Bleu en Hiver is unique in that it takes place in winter. The 2025 edition will take place from 23 January to 1 February 2025 in Brive-La-Gaillarde and Tulle.

The must-see jazz event in Corrèze

Originally created in 2006 and held in Tulle, Du Bleu en Hiver has become an iconoclastic and demanding event, transcending the limits of its initial geographical and musical roots. With a programme of access to jazz and its influences, the festival now extends to Tulle and Brive-la-Gaillarde... It brings together a range of cultural players from our regions to offer an event that is set to take on a new and remarkable dimension.

Wednesday 22 January to 1 February: Assragments exhibition "Femmes de jazz, une autre histoire du jazz" at the Médiathèque in Brive. Free admission.
Wednesday 22nd January:
- 11am: Musical reading "La petite Melba et son grand trombone" at the Médiathèque in Brive. From age 5. Free
- at 3pm: guided tour "Femmes de Jazz, une autre histoire du jazz" at the Médiathéque.

Thursday 30 January :
- at 6.30pm: Vercors concert: Sclavis + Bonnet + Chennebault at the Théâtre de Brive. Free
- at 9pm: Concert by l'orchestre Incandescent / Sylvaine Hélary: Rare birds. At the Théâtre de Brive. Prices: from €10 to €23
Friday 31st January :
- at 6.30pm: Awa concert at the Théâtre de Brive - Free
- at 7pm: Anniv'XXL with the conservatoires and Claude Barthélémy at the Conservatoire de Brive. Free admission.
- 9pm: Concert by Camille Bertault Bonjour mon amour at the Théâtre de Brive. Prices: from €10 to €23
- at 11pm: DJ Set Câline Castagne at the Théâtre de Brive. Free
