Film festival: Rencontres internationales du moyen métrage de Brive
Every year, Brive plays host to the Festival du cinéma: rencontres internationales du moyen métrage. The 22nd Rencontres will take place from 7 to 12 April 2025 at the Cinéma Rex.
It's a place where professionals can talk to each other and directly to the public. The Brive Film Festival also aims to bring out new talent in filmmaking by showing works made in this free yet demanding format.
What is a medium-length film?
The medium-length film is a film format lasting between 30 and 60 minutes. Created in 2004, the Rencontres internationales du moyen métrage de Brive is the first film festival dedicated to this format.
